Bass Masters Creed
I promise to create among my fellow anglers, and the public in general, an awareness of my Chapter's and my Society's contributions to American angling, conservation and outdoor recreation. I will encourage and instruct the youth of my community in the art of bass fishing. C & R Annual Lake Tenkiller Outing
The annual "Cabin Fever Getaway" to Lake Tenkiller at Cookson, Oklahoma is coming up. Start sorting out the tackle and re-spooling the reels, "cause it ain't that far off". Those making the trip this year need to contact Steve in regard to meals and arrival dates. Last year we had high water (20 Feet) and some cool weather to contend with. So far it is looking a lot better for this year. The locals have been catching Bass all winter and the weather has been warm. The spring fishing should get off to a fast start this trip. I am looking forward to another great trip on Lake Tenkiller this spring, and I hope all of you making the trip, catch a bunch of giant fish while there...and that all of them are are just a little bit smaller than mine.
